Day 2

 Breakfast- 7:00
Atkins protein shake with a shot of espresso.

Lunch- 12:30
Game Day Stew & Cantaloupe

Snack- 4:00
Cucumber & Annie's Goddess dressing

Dinner- 9:00
Coconut Crusted Chicken, sweet potatoes & Mixed Greens
Start your oven at 400. Wrap your sweet potatoes in foil with a splash of olive oil, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Bake on your cooking stone for 1hr. 
On a large flat plate, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, dash of cinnamon, pepper, and onion powder. Set aside. In a small bowl, whisk one egg. Using thawed chicken, dunk the chicken in the egg bath and then in the coconut-flour mixture. Coat both sides generously & set aside until oven timer for sweet potatoes reaches 30min. remaining. At that time, lower the oven temp to 350, and then bake chicken and potatoes together for remaining time. 
Prep salad with your favorite dressing, Vegis, & Kalamata olives.
